I love that I can blog from my phone. You know that I’ve been thinking lately that if I could just figure out a way to blog from my room, out of the hustle of the family, that I would totally do it. Not a moment too soon seeing as I’m about to be cut off from home internet access.

It’s okay though. I think my family will be unpleasantly surprised when I leave at how much one little dru does for the house hold.

It’s probably not a good thing for me to carry around so much hate, to be honest. But, you know what? I will not let it rule me like it does her. And I’m going to avoid giving her my address I think. Not that it’ll do very much good.

So… Guppie offered JD a bed frame ( quite generous considering he has two roomates sleeping on the floor and he could potentially sell it for 20 bob or so ) but she doesn’t want it. She’s decided that she’s just going to stay in my room until the parents force her out. And I’m not okay with that.

Why do i have to pay so much money for one crappy little room that I then have to share with a little sister who impares my ability to lay in my own bed and talk to my boyfriend – or anyone else for that matter – after 9pm when my minutes are actually free. That just doesn’t seem fair to me.

Maybe I’m wrong. But I know that I hate it there. At least I’ll have a TV when I move out now. Yoda gave me back the Tv i’d given to Jon meaning I now have a nice little dvd/game system ready TV for my apartment And, Tomas ( who answers his phone ‘Jigglypuff?’ and sounds like David but cuter cuz he has a lisp :p ) is going to fix mah compy meaning it will actually work again. Meaning I can browse in Chrome from home. Or I could, if they weren’t so… GARGH!

Now I remember the whole reason I started this blog!

Mom and Dad, in their infinite wisdom, decided that I need to pay for the wireless router. Or half of it anyway. I would have thought that $216 and change I pay every month might contribute to that. But then, that would put a damper on their dates, wouldn’t it.

Fuck it. I’m buying the router. Myself, alone. And I’m taking it with me when I move out.

Horrible people. They really are. I can’t wait to get out.

And do you know, Rick had the audacity to tell me I could take MY bed with me, if i wanted?!

Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, except for one louse
whose friends had all chosen their gifts with such care,
that I decided to stay up, and work in my lair.

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter.
Away to the window like a love-blinded suitor,
though I did take the time to lock my computer.

The moon shone brightly on the new-fallen snow
lighting up like Plasma the objects below.
like a game of minesweeper, some objects appeared:
A miniature sleigh, and eight tiny reindeer.

With a fat guy as driver, and for one, pretty quick,
I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick.
Like T1 download speeds, those reindeer flew by.
And Santa opened his mouth, and let their names fly.

“Now Dasher! now, Dancer! now, Prancer and Vixen!
On, Comet! On, Cupid! On, Donner and Blitzen!
To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!
Now dash away! Dash away! Dash away all!”

Like a Super Saiyan hopped up on too much caffeine,
they flew their path almost too fast to be seen.
So up to the house-top the furry things flew,
With the sleigh full of loot. Oh, and Santa too.

And then, in an instant, I heard on the roof
The scratching and pawing of each little hoof.
As I drew in my head, and was turning around,
Down the chimney came St. Nick with a bound.

He was dressed all in fur, he was no member of PETA,
he was covered in crystals, like a well-made margarita.
At this point, of course, I felt I could’ve used a drink,
but as he opened his bag, I began to think:

He’s got lots of stuff in there, so surely he’d have
a gift for me to give to my other grapefruit-half.
As I approached the jolly fat man with murder in my eye,
He raised his finger to stop me, and then he simply sighed.

He reached into his coat, into the pocket in his chest,
and after a moment, pulled his Christmas-themed DS.
Damn it! I swore, as I realized what’s going on.
my own DS powered up, we called our Pokemon.

“If you need a gift, my friend, you won’t get very far,
if your pokemon are as lame as that Tyranitar!”
I watched him kill my Pokemon, time and time again,
Santa’s taunts grew bolder, as he came closer to the win.

Finally, he knocked out my Level Seventy Snorlax,
the game was over, the ruling was: Santa kicked my ass.
He laughed his jolly Ho, Ho, Ho, as he put away his DS.
and than he did something that I could have never guessed.

“Dude,” he said, “I understand, the christmas giving curse.
But if you want to win this girl, just write her some verse.”
And with that he wiggled his fat ass up the chimney flue,
and in my heart I knew exactly what I needed to do.

And so I sat down to my laptop, typing up a storm,
when Jolly St. Nick called out, in Pokemon Master form:
“Gotta Catch ‘Em All, and to All a Good Fight!”

So, I learned that, through the miracle of mobile email, i may be able to blog from my phone. And that really, really excites me. Supposedly i can do Categories and tags and even pictures!

I don’t know if it will work, especially as I’m using more than one slide, but i thought i might as well try all the functions at once.
The kitteh is called Magneto and he lived at The Commune for a while. I miss him

Geekologie is tagged because A) it’s a wonderful, wonderful blog that you should go read immediately [ after you finish this post ] and B) GW ( Geekologie Writer; he doesn’t use his real name so the government won’t come after him and burn him at the stake ( or the steak, but i feel he might not mind the 2nd so much ) ) has taught me that tags don’t necessarily have to me concise or formal. You are, potentially, one of the most amusing creations ever brought to this planet. But I want you to know, I love you.

Back in the golden days of my early high school career ( Back when it was secondary school, not high school, and I would have done anything to get the heck out of it ) I discovered the small bendy version of you. And I was amazed.

I did not know that there could be such beauty ( or endless entertainment ) in the world as you. And, for the inspiration that you lend me, endlessly, I thank you.

I use you on a regular basis to partake of the gentle fruits that are come in ridiculous combinations that foolhardily require me to use more than one utensil. Think about it… Grapes and mango? Together? Grapes skitter away from my fork but mango pieces are too large to fit into the spoon bowl. Worse! Blueberries and pear chunks! Blueberries are too small and hard to possibly be speared by a fork. And pears are juicy and slippery and fall off spoons!

But you, my dear friend, are perfect. I can reliably nom all the fruit in my cup without carrying two, or even three! ( sometimes, you just have to cut the melon, you see ), utensils. You’re perfect. In every way.

So, thank you. Thank you for just being you, and for being so sensual and beautiful while just being you.

Also…please don’t ever transmutate and nom my brains.

I made four new pieces over the weekend.

I feel I should note that I’m really not talented at all. Some people do these amazing things with kandi where it’s multi-layered and 3D and super fantastic. I just put beads on bracelets. But I’m okay with that

Obviously, it’s part of the same set that my blue “Airport” one is. It says “Airpork” because, when I made the original airport kandi for my dad, I had a horrible, horrible time finding a “t” to put on the end of “airpor_” So I almost made it say “Airpork” because I HAD a bunch of k’s.

I felt I needed to make an airpork one. So…here it is.

Button:

This is the first piece of kandi I ever made with buttons on it. And I used thread to string it with. But I think the thread actually worked okay, really. It sort of looks right, with the buttons.

Roses:

These are the little rose beads that I got from mom. I used some of her buttons too. Isn’t it pretty?

And that’s the kandi that I made this weekend. ( There’s another piece but it’s way big and I don’t really like it that much. >.< )

That’s me!

You see, @AerionDyseti ( who, I obviously, felt the extreme need to @ even though we’re not on twitter just now ) is the other half of my cosmic grapefruit. And, as that, he has evolved into the Grapefruit Knight that protects and defends me. I am, apparently and judging by recent twitter updates, his Grapefruit Princess. He protects me from evil and slays dragons and stuff. And…yeah.

Plus! We’re still cosmic. Sweet.

So…yeah.
